Champagne is often overlooked in terms of its versatility in pairing with food: we'll show you just how amazing it can be. We'll taste 8 Champagnes and have small bites paired with each. There are lots of regions that produce sparkling wine, and many that make it "like Champagne". Many do it extremely well indeed - we are big fans in fact. But tonight we'll focus on Champagne itself - the region, the range of wines made there, and how it is made.
We'll talk about how it is has come to be *the* celebratory drink and about how it spans a rane of styles from bone dry, crisp and elegant, to robust, to sweet.
